One-year workmanship warranty on every Los Angeles HVAC, electrical, and plumbing visit.

If our installation or repair fails for any reason other than misuse, we return and correct it at no charge for one full year. That includes labor, parts we supplied, and the time required to re-pull permits if the issue triggers an inspection re-do.

Equipment we install — condensers, water heaters, panels, EV chargers, tankless units — carries its full manufacturer warranty (typically 5 to 10 years). We register every install with the manufacturer at the time of completion so the warranty actually applies when you need it.

Workmanship guarantee details.

  • Installation defects — leaks at our solder joints, wire terminations we made, refrigerant line set we brazed.
  • Labor to diagnose and repair the issue.
  • Materials we supplied (excluding manufacturer-defect issues, which the equipment warranty covers).
  • Re-permit and re-inspection fees if our work failed inspection.
  • Return-visit dispatch within one business day for active failures (no cooling, no hot water, active leak, no power).

Manufacturer coverage typical ranges.

  • HVAC compressors — 10 years (with registration, on most major brands)
  • HVAC heat exchangers — 10 to 20 years, often lifetime on premium tiers
  • Water heater tanks — 6 to 12 years depending on warranty tier
  • Tankless water heaters — 12 to 15 years on the heat exchanger
  • Heat pump water heaters — 10 years on the compressor
  • Electrical panels and breakers — 1 to 10 years depending on manufacturer
  • EV chargers — 3 to 5 years on hardware

We supply the registration documentation in your closeout package. If a covered failure happens later, we handle the manufacturer claim on your behalf.

Warranty FAQ

How long is the workmanship warranty?

One full year on labor for every HVAC, electrical, and plumbing visit. If our work fails within that year for any reason other than misuse, we return and correct it at no charge.

How long is the equipment warranty?

Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty that came with it — usually 5 to 10 years for HVAC compressors, 6 to 12 years for water heaters, and 1 to 5 years for electrical components. We register equipment with the manufacturer at install so the warranty actually applies.

What does the warranty cover?

Workmanship covers installation defects, leaks at our joints, electrical terminations we made, and labor required to make the repair right. Equipment warranty covers parts manufactured by the equipment maker.

What is not covered?

Damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, utility events (surges, gas service issues), code-required upgrades after our visit, work performed by another contractor after ours, and consequential damages (water leaks during unrelated plumbing failure).

"Our hillside reservoir neighborhood near Wonder View had more access issues than expected, but the repiping scope stayed clear. The technician explained how fixture count affected the labor and why heat pump placement had to be checked before we approved anything. In the end, the written scope made the repair-versus-replace decision much easier."

"The technician started with the route, shutoff, and equipment location instead of jumping straight to a menu price. For ductless mini-split installation in Hancock Park, that mattered because line-hide route and duct redesign could have changed the scope. The best part was that the visit avoided a second trip because the access issue was handled early."

"For a Westchester property around Manchester corridor, the visit felt organized and specific. The repair option, replacement trigger, and wall finish access issue were all written down. We also appreciated that filter loading was treated as a real field condition, not a generic warning, so the photos and closeout notes matched what we saw at the house."

"We sent photos before the appointment, and it helped. The tankless water heater installation visit focused on condensate drain, the Topanga corridor access route, and the local concern around AC no-cool calls instead of guessing from the service label alone. That made the final recommendation useful because the estimate separated immediate stabilization from the follow-up scope."

"The estimate separated diagnosis from follow-up work, which mattered for our Cahuenga Pass home. A simple AC repair request turned into a better conversation about compressor or fan motor condition, hillside AC replacement, and access near Universal City edge. There was no pressure, and the notes gave our property manager enough detail to approve the next step."

"The visit notes were specific enough for our property manager to understand the next decision. They named the thermostat and controls issue, the Sunset Junction access limits, the sensor placement concern, and the reason ADU utility sequencing could affect timing. That level of detail helped because the technician explained what was safe to use and what needed to stay off."
