Scheduling and payment

Service availability, pricing, scheduling, emergency response, permits, parts, and final scope depend on the property condition and the dispatch capacity of Loadpath LA Home Services. Authorized work is invoiced after completion; major scope changes require written approval.

Warranties

Workmanship is warranted for one year unless a longer manufacturer warranty applies to the installed equipment. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, utility events, code-driven modifications, or unrelated trade work performed after our visit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service visit. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
